Parade goers can enjoy the waterfront and warm up before the 14th Annual Chronicle Herald Holiday Parade of Lights on Saturday, Nov. 21. Waterfront Development Corporation Limited (WDCL) will once again host Warm Up on the Waterfront, offering free parking at its Lower Water Street lots for 24 hours beginning at noon on Saturday. Murphy’s Cable Wharf and Waterfront Warehouse will provide free hot chocolate from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. before the parade and the Dartmouth All-City Boys’ Choir will perform seasonal favorites near the Tour Boat Centre, 1751 Lower Water St. Free parking will be available at the Cable Wharf, Queen’s Landing, Block M, Marine Park, and Cunard lots and includes metered spots. Spots will be available on a first-come basis.
